One to one lessons. For our adults or children who require more support, Atlantis Swimming Academy offer a more individualised approach to lessons. Private 1:1 swimming lessons are available to adults and children alike and allow you to develop your swimming ability at your own pace. Teachers are experienced and supportive and their approachable nature will put you at ease. Please
remember we are experienced with people who are water phobic or have no water experience at all so don’t let that hold you back! Whether a complete non-swimmer or you require elite coaching, Atlantis Swimming Academy can help. We have past experience of Triathalon coaching as well as specific skills like tumble turns. We can provide an underwater video analysis for club swimmers and novices alike.As a team we will do all we can to accommodate your wishes and support you on your path to swimming success. Prices. Atlantis Swimming Academy proudly work in conjunction with the Carrington House Hotel in Bournemouth and Sandy Balls Leisure Club in Fordingbridge to provide the service and the quality you expect and require. This also allows us to serve customers wanting swimming lessons in Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, Ringwood, Salisbury and Fordingbridge.For details of location and directions and to take a tour please click maps or visit the links on the left. 1:1 private lessons are priced from £12.50 per half hour, or £20 per hour on a pay-as-you-go basis. Days, times and venues vary. Other venues are available on request including residential visits to home pools.
