It is with great regret that we write to inform you that we will not be offering swimming lessons at Moordown St Johns on Saturdays with immediate effect. This is due to a lack of interest for the coming year.

As many of you will be aware, the swim school was somewhat a labor of love for all of us, and has never been a “money spinner” even at capacity. With less than 50% of last years numbers, it is, unfortunately no longer economically viable for us to continue to run.

This decision was not taken lightly, and all options and connotations to allow us to continue were explored fully before arriving at this conclusion. We felt it would be best for the children to find alternative lessons now, rather than allow them to settle back with us and then disturb them mid-year.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your loyalty and commitment to Atlantis Swimming Academy. Without this, the last 3 years would not have been possible. We would also like to thank all of the children for being so fun and funny, cheeky and challenging, but most of all, for making us smile!

We wish you all the best in finding alternative arrangements for their swimming lessons and hope they all continue to develop as well as they have with us.

We’ll miss you all!
